Children's Talk. The brothers who had treated Joseph so badly are forced to bow before him in Egypt, asking for food. They don't recognise Joseph. He has saved Egypt from famine and is Prime Minister. He has the perfect chance to take revenge: he has the power to have them executed but doesn't.
Morning Sermon: We looked as Psalm 103 v. 6-7 and about God stating that he will always bring those who oppress others to justice. There is nothing that is hidden from God. He knows all our thoughts, feeings and actions. There will be a great day of reckoning with our Creator. The only way to be ready for this is to trust Jesus Christ.

Evening Sermon; In John 16 Jesus tells the disciples that when he will be
crucified the world will rejoice but their grief at his crucifixion will turn to joy as he is raised from the dead. The great thing about Christian joy is that it can never be taken away from us. It's joy that is rooted in the death, resurrection and ascension of Jesus Christ.
